Corvette club of South Australia Inc.

A call out was made to members for an event over the LWE, so Lyn & I thought about a run to Wellington Pub. We arranged to meet at Macca’s Darlington & then cruise through the Adelaide Hills via Mt Bold Reservoir, where we stopped for a look & a photo shoot. (This only shows half of the cars as the Northerners did their own run due to the distance).  The others met us for lunch

We then continued through Strathalbyn, Langhorne Creek to Wellington. Here the others met us for lunch. 44 people attended & were served great meals in a very prompt time. For those who travelled with us, thanks for making the run a great day with great weather.

When we left the Hotel, some of us decided to drive back through Jervois, over the ferry & then home via the Old Princes Hwy. This did not eventuate due to the fact the lead car emptied the contents of the radiator on the ferry. After refilling with various bottles of different types of water, we managed to get the Corvette home. Problem? Broken wire to the Thermo Fan from the alternator.

All fixed now; ready for the next problem.

Thanks again, especially to those who stopped to help, Cheers Bling.
