Terms and Conditions
• Corvette display – only Corvettes are eligible to enter.
• All Corvettes are welcome to participate. Displayed 10am – 2pm.
• Pre-registration by 31st January 2026 $5 or $10 CASH on the day.
• Registration entitles your vehicle to be judged by other entrants and the public. Trophies to be presented to winning entrants.
• Pre-registered vehicles must display their sticker as there will be a priority queue.
• There will be a separate queue for vehicles not pre-registered, fee $10 (payable on the day) & details will need to be collected to compliant with Council requirements.
• Correct money would be appreciated, to minimise cash handling.
• Vehicles are required to arrive between 8:30am – 9:45am.
• Council Regulations state no car shall enter after 9:45am nor leave before 2:00pm for public safety.
• Spectators are free to enter, but Gold Coin Donation to our preferred charity – Heart Kids would be greatly appreciated.
• Inclusion of a Live Band playing music on the day. Designed as a fun family event, people are encouraged to bring fold up chairs and picnic gear if they wish. Planned as an opportunity for like-minded people to socialise with other Corvette owners.
• At the time of the event, we are subject to any government health restrictions. Requesting your consideration for the health and safety of all other attendees, please do not attend if you are unwell on the day.
• Only pre-registered vehicles will be eligible for public and entrant trophy voting.
• Closing date for registrations is 31st January 2026.
• Entry fee payable as cash on the day.
