19 people set off for a pleasant drive to Gladstone, all with their fingers crossed hoping for no rain.

Picked up 2 more near Dublin, so 21 in total. And no rain J

The roads weren’t too busy, only had to pass a couple of caravans so Graham’s arm didn’t get hurt at all.

When we arrived at Booyoolee Brew, we were greeted by Shawn Adams (owner) and a couple of Corvettes from Pt Pirie.

After being guided by Graham for the mandatory pictures, we had a C3 C4 & then C5 out the front of the pub. Shawn said it looked great. Then we wandered inside for drinks & lunch of pies, pizza, sandwiches with fancy cakes for

desserts. So much there were even left overs.

Teresa & Shawn did a great job.

Shawn gave us a brief history of the pub.

He has sold his Corvette but is on the look out for another one.
